Classes for the semester have concluded. Check back in the fall for new dates, times, and activities.



Boxing/Kickboxing Fitness
Step into a high-energy class that blends the fundamentals of boxing and kickboxing with dynamic conditioning drills. Using pad work, shadowboxing, and bodyweight exercises, you’ll build strength, sharpen coordination, and torch calories—no experience required. This class is all about fitness, fun, and learning to train like a fighter.

Casa Loma: Tuesday at 11am and Wednesday at 3pm
St. James: Thursday at 12pm and 2pm
Waterfront: Tuesday at 1:30pm and Wednesday at 12pm.

Pilates
Low-impact class focus on core strength, posture and controlled movement. Using body weight and small props to build strength, improve mobility and reduce joint stress.

St. James: Wednesday: 3:10pm
Waterfront: Tuesday at 11am


Yoga
Vinyasa-based flow linking breath and movement at a comfortable pace. Build strength and flexibility while exploring alignment and options that work for your body.
