INTRAMURAL LEAGUES

Athletic Centres at St James Campus and Casa Loma Campus each include a fitness centre, single gymnasium, fitness studio, locker rooms, and changerooms with private showers and private changing stalls.

The Waterfront Campus includes a multi-purpose gym, a rock climbing wall, and a weight room with changing rooms, lockers, and showers.

Intramural leagues will return in the Fall 2026 semester.

Do you want to play structured sports games every week with your friends and make a run for a championship title? Then our intramural sports leagues are for you!

The goal of these leagues is fun through healthy, active participation. Register your team to compete against fellow full-time students in a 5-week league. Meet new people and stay physically active! Register before the deadline to guarantee your spot.
