The George Brown Huskies dropped a 97–74 decision to the Loyalist Lancers on the road Saturday (Nov. 29) afternoon.
HOW IT HAPPENED: The Lancers, who came in undefeated, were lights-out on both sides of the ball. They shot 52% from the field while holding George Brown to 28% in the opening quarter. After 10 minutes, Loyalist led 27–10. The second quarter was more of the same as they went into the half up 58–30. The Huskies couldn't recover the rest of the way.
NOTABLE STATS: Jayme Foreman went 11-of-19 from the field, including six three-pointers, for a career-high 30 points, along with three steals, two rebounds, and two assists.
