Coming off a strong opening game performance against the Loyalist Lancers, Women's Soccer looks to continue to build off of their 4-1 win.

With US transfer Shonte Tremblett and recruits Kristina Anderson, Elisabeth Virelli, and Makayla Cabral joining OCAA All-Stars Brianna Samuels-McLaughlin and Cynthia Pellegrino, the team's core is a solid one. After a new league divisional alignment for the 2019 season, it will be the first time the Huskies face the Lords in recent OCAA league play. The Lords are 0-1 after a loss to Seneca to start the season.

Men's Soccer take the field for the first time this year with an experienced core of returning players, including 5th year team captain Robert Mijackovic and CCAA All-Canadian and league scoring leader Filipe Vilela to lead the charge.

The Huskies, who were ousted from the 2018 OCAA Provincial Championships by Durham after a last second goal in added time of a double-OT thriller, will look to assert themselves early in this rematch contest.

After a nail-biting 1-0 loss to Humber College earlier this week, the Huskies look to get their bats to come alive this weekend against Fanshawe and Durham.

(Game Note: Game 2 vs Humber on September 11th postponed due to rain in 2nd inning, score in progress Humber 3 - George Brown 2)

Dropping all four contests to Fanshawe last season, George Brown will look to their strong pitching and improved fielding in their first match-up of the year with the Falcons who currently sit at 1-1 to start 2019. First pitch of Game 1 is schedule for 1pm on Saturday September 14th at Christie Pits.

George Brown will then have a quick return to the diamond as they travel to Kinsmen Stadium for the second day of a back to back on Sunday September 15th. The Huskies will look to improve on a 1-3 record versus Durham in 2018. The Lords are currently 1-2, coming off of a 6-3 win against league newcomers the Lambton Lions. First pitch is scheduled for 1pm.
