LET’S MOVE, LET’S MAKE CONNECTIONS!
George Brown College invites all college students and staff to get up, take a break, and Move for Mental Health! On Tuesday, October 10th, 2023, join us across our campuses for Making Connections for Student Well-Being from 10:00AM-3:00PM in conjunction with World Mental Health Day.
You will have a chance to” WIN” a GBC Prize Pack when you participate in any of our activities or workshops.
- Waterfront Campus Main Lobby: 11:00am – 2:00pm Dance Dance Revolution, Games and Activities
- St. James Campus Basement Level: 11:00am – 1:00pm Join events, activities, games, and workshops designed to promote student mental health and well-being.
- Casa Loma Campus Gymnasium: Floor Curl 11am – 12pm and a FREE Bootcamp Fitness Class with instructor Carl Lyte from 12pm -1pm. The first 40 people (students and staff) to register for the Bootcamp and participate will receive a FREE shirt and raffle entry for a Prize Pack.

ASL Sign Language Interpretation will be available at all campus locations.
