After 13 years of dedication as an assistant coach for the program, Howard Wong was hired as the head coach in June 2024.
Wong joined the Huskies as an assistant coach in September 2011. Since his arrival, he has been instrumental in establishing George Brown as a formidable force in badminton. The team has secured nine gold, eight silver, and six bronze medals at the OCAA level under his guidance. At the CCAA National Championship level, the program has earned one gold, eight silver, and four bronze medals.
