George Brown soccer wraps a successful regular season on Tuesday night with a visit to Conestoga.

The men's team (4-1-4) is looking to earn the season series win as they prepare to host the OCAA Championship next weekend. The Huskies currently boast a +13 goal differential, 23-10, and are coming off their only loss of the season. Jordan Sodhi has established himself among the best goaltenders in the OCAA in his first season as a full-time starter, and he currently has 42 saves in 535 minutes played and a 1.68 goals against average.

Filipe Vilela heads into Tuesday's action tied with Mike Sneddon for the league lead in goals with 13, and the second-year Husky has an opportunity to capture his second consecutive league scoring title. The 2017 OCAA All-Star and Rookie of the Year figures to be among the contenders for player of the year this season, and a scoring title would certainly bolster his argument.

The Huskies will play their OCAA Championship quarter-final matchup on Thursday, October 25, 3 p.m. at Esther Shiner Stadium.

The women's team (2-5-2)  are locked into a crossover matchup with Niagara on Saturday, October 20 for a spot in the OCAA Championship. Despite being three games under five hundred George Brown has been among the most improved teams in Ontario.

Freshman Brianna Samuels-McLaughlin has four goals on the season and figures to be a serious Rookie of the Year and OCAA All-Star candidate, while Nicole McKenzie and Francesca Girardo have been key veterans.
