First-year middle Elorie Stirling made a strong impression in the OCAA, earning a spot on the East Division All-Rookie Team.
It didn’t take long for Stirling to make a name for herself in the league, proving to be a handful for opposing teams. Her numbers support that, averaging 2.6 points per set on 1.71 kills, 0.60 blocks, and 0.26 service aces per set. She ranked first on the team in blocks per set and total points (149), while placing second in points per set and third in kills.
Stirling recorded these numbers while splitting time in the middle with teammate Alexa Milot.
From day one, she established herself as a leader. Her energy and attitude were infectious, and she truly impacted the team both on and off the court.
She becomes the first Husky since 2024 to earn a spot on the women’s volleyball All-Rookie Team.
