HUSKIES DROP GAME TO SENECA

The George Brown Huskies fell 82–76 to the Seneca Sting on the road Tuesday (Nov. 11) night.

HOW IT HAPPENED: The Huskies started off strong offensively, shooting 50% from the field to lead 21–16 after the first quarter. Seneca fought back in the second to take a 39–37 advantage heading into halftime.

The third quarter belonged to Iffy Chiekwe, who scored 12 of the team's 26 points as the Huskies led 62–60 heading into the fourth. Down the stretch, the Huskies' offense stalled, resulting in their third loss of the season.

NOTABLE STATS: Chiekwe dropped a season-high 23 points in the loss, while Devonte Campbell filled the stat sheet off the bench, going 6-of-11 from the field for 15 points, four assists, four rebounds, and a steal.

UP NEXT: The Huskies (1–3) return home on Saturday (Nov. 15) afternoon to battle the Durham Lords (5–1). Tip-off is scheduled for 3pm.
