The number is 15.
Vadim Halimov needs 15 points in his remaining two basketball games to have something very special - and it could happen on Valentine's Day.
With his mother, family, friends and fans looking on, and National television cameras out to capture his success story, Canada's top College men's basketball player moved closer to the Ontario Colleges Athletic Association all-time individual scoring title.
Halimov scored 29, and added a game-high 18 rebounds, as the George Brown Huskies crushed the La Cite Coyotes of Ottawa, 95-62, in the final regular season home game.
Former Durham College player Andy Batchelor, who has a career-high 1,833 points now owns the record. Halimov scored 1,279 points coming in to his final year of eligibility. He has scored 540 points in 18 league games.
After the game against La Cite, Halimov gave flowers to his mother along with a framed photo of him in game action. Both gifts had been given to him at halftime - part of the formal farewell awarded to graduating players.
So, what's next?
Well, it's what the 25-year old had been wishing for all season - a chance to become King of Ontario and record the scoring title at Seneca College, a school he had attended for four years.
With the game set for February 14, there's no romance between Halimov and Seneca. He's gone vocal claiming his best days in OCAA basketball have been this season at George Brown.
The Huskies, now with a 14-4 record and the second beat in the OCAA's East Division, beat Seneca 91-75 back in November and Halimov scored 21 points in that game - one of his lowest point accumulations of the current season. - DG
