2015 NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS FOR SOME GEORGE BROWN STUDENT ATHLETES

2015 NEW YEAR'S RESOLUTIONS FOR SOME GEORGE BROWN STUDENT ATHLETES

It may be recess time and the Huskies are having a snooze.

A break from sports competition for George Brown College students, even a bit of a rest from academic studies, but there's still enough energy left for a few New Year's resolutions.

With exams done, and students looking to spend Holiday time with families and friends, we caught up with a few to see what's on their mind when the calendar year switches to 2015.

And here's what some had to say about resolutions for the New Year.

"My resolution is too save one dollar for every school day and at the end of the year put that to use for a good cause."

--

"I volunteered at the Scotiabank Marathon this year, next year I want to run a Marathon".

--

"To make life-long relationships with people I have met in badminton".

--

"To secure a summer Co-op job with a large construction firm".

--

"Just to be better than in 2014 – academically, athletically and as a person".

--

"Become a better student".

--

"During conversations, make more eye contact with people".

--

"To be more positive and receptive to others and get them to push the same button – and also get a job

--

"Try to succeed in life and help others."
